Being a micro-roaster, our inventory changes several times a year, We are always on the hunt for top quality coffees that exceed cupping excellence.

Rwandan

Abakundakawa Rusharhi is a fair trade certified Co-op. This coffee is produced exclusively by an all womens' sub group of the Co-op. Most of their husbands were killed at the time of the genocide. This coffee has a bouquet of orange blossom, slightly winey & brings jasmine & citrus flower sweetness.

Papua New Guinea

This is a Goroka from the western highlands & is also a fair trade organic. A darker roast highlights its lush, tropical fruit acidity. Silky body & a complex combination of dark berries & toffee flavors makes this one of our favorites for cold brewing.

Espresso

Perfectly balanced harmony of sweet fruit, cocoa, & soft nuttiness with a clean bright finish. Makes this blend a delectable straight shot.

Honduran 

This coffee has all the bells & whistles. Grown in the central highland of Honduras, this is a fair trade organic rain forest alliance bio-latina certified. All that a side, this is an incredibly malty, nutty, well balanced, & well loved coffee.
